Argentina: Union remain bottom, Quilmes held

Posted by on
Argentina Apertura Review

Union Santa Fe remain bottom of the Argentinian Apertura table after being held to a goalless draw at home to fellow strugglers Atletico Rafaela.

Despite picking up only their second point of the season so far they remain bottom of the table with two points, one behind Independiente.

Atletico are five places and six points above Union thanks to the point they picked up from the game.

In the other game, Quilmes drew 0-0 with Lanus, a result which leaves the sides 10th and 14th respectively in the standings.
